A Message to Canada's Senators from Shawn P. Buckley ~ December 14, 2009, 11:23am ~ The Senate is about to vote on Bill C-6, the Consumer Product Safety Act. As I mentioned in the Senate hearing, Bill C-6 represents Health Canada’s attempt to circumvent the rule of law in the name of safety. The problem is that circumventing the rule of law is never “safe”. Bill C-6 represents a fundamental change in the power dynamic between the citizen and the state that I am concerned about passing onto our children.

Researchers at the University of Alberta made their incredible cancer fighting DCA informaton public over 3 years ago. The public, however, still seems to be in the dark about this potentially brilliant cancer cure.
Health Canada gave their approval two years ago to proceed with the human clinical trials.

Five years ago, at the web site of a health food store near Silver Bay, in pristine Northern Minnesota, with on-line product sales, the local honey and the coconut oil was "too close" to the health benefits brochure of the FDA.

Our Canadian government has just introduced Bill C-6 which is in fact a repackaged Bill C-52. They do not dare re-introduce Bill C 51 because there is too much blood on the table over this Bill thanks to the hard work of thousands of Canadians who understand the importance of having a separate and distinct act for natural health products.
