We begin by knowing that we must realize what we focus our energy on, is what manifests for us. What we focus on with fear, our subconscious mind matches that fear vibration for us because we have put our energy, feeling, belief and intention behind it and subconscious mind desires only to focus on manifesting that "thing" we are engaged in thinking upon so strongly.

Today’s sunshine carries with it the promise of spring. It reminds me of a Vancouver Sun article I read a few days ago about “The Rejuvenated You,” which highlights the endless ways we can re-energize mind, body, and soul – from vitamin-enriched water, to belly dance cardio, to aerobic oxygen.

To most of us, “mystic” implies something otherworldly, unattainable, beyond the reach of the average person. But what is mysticism?

Experiences of God can occur over a very broad range of situations and circumstances. Many people feel God’s Presence with them when they ask for God’s help or support. Many also tune into a greater Consciousness, a Source and Intelligence when they are awed by nature’s beauty and diversity.

I realized that every stressful moment in my life, every mood swing, had an undercurrent of emotional wounding from my childhood. I could feel the energy of it, heavy and thick on the surface of my awareness.

When I meditated on the word Guidance,
I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word.
I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing.
When two people try to lead, nothing feels right.
The movement doesn't flow with the music,
And everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.
