The Simonton Cancer Center provides emotional intervention and support which Dr. O. Carl Simonton pioneered. It evolved from the concept that beliefs, feelings, attitudes and lifestyle are important factors affecting health. The program is educational and psychotherapeutic. Participants learn a vast array of techniques for enriching their lives in order to promote their health.
