People I see rarely take Vitamin D properly. Maybe they take vitamin D in months with an “R” just as with Vitamin A when you were a kid; or they take Vitamin D in tablet form; or consider sitting in the sun for a minutes should suffice; or know that their Vitamin A contains some Vitamin D and think that's good enough.
