The Vegetarian Myth
I recommend a listen to an interview by David J. Getoff with Lierre Keith, author of The Vegetarian Myth to take in another perspective (I'm personally a vegetarian and really want to keep an open mind). Ms. Keith talks about her book and what prompted her to stop being a devoted and sincere vegetarian and a vegan and to instead expose some of the lies surrounding this manner of health and eating - go to http://lierrekeith.com.
Recorded by David J. Getoff, CTN, CCN, FAAIM, Vice President of the Price Pottinger Nutrition Foundation and a naturopath at http://www.ppnf.org/catalog/ppnf/ppnf_speaks_out.htm. (6.6 MB - Run Time = 28 Min 38 Sec). The Price Pottinger Nutrition Foundation is a great place to browse and linger, too.
