GREENPEACE non-GMO Canadian food guide
Finally, a Canadian guide showing which foods contain GE and GMO products for Canadians. Our government will not label GMO foods, despite the fact that most of the people in Canada want those information labels to be on foods. Clearly the government is protecting the interests of big business and some of the biotech industries which the government supports. It almost seems like a conflict of interest...
So if the government will not require labels, then we must get the information out via the internet. Greenpeace has compiled a food guide showing which foods have GMO products and which ones are safe to eat at http://gmoguide.greenpeace.ca/shoppers_guide.pdf
